Who qualifies?
- Individuals over the age of 16 years.
- Non-residents are welcome to apply, at an additional monthly fee of R35.
- Not available to trusts, companies or legal entities.
What you need to apply?
- Your valid South African identity card/document or passport with valid permit.
- Proof of residence, such as a utility bill, rental invoice or a phone account that has your name and physical address on it.
